DIY- Home Solar - 1 Year Later

A little update on my DIY Home solar project. A few changes here and there. A neater and simpler layout. I rewired my 24v battery bank so they could charge and discharge more equally. I also upgraded my battery cables to 2AWG size. And I've discovered that there are major benefits of using all LED's instead of incandescent or CFL's. DIY - Home Solar Hybrid - Standalone - Grid Tie - Done!!

Well, I think I've finally finished my home solar project. After doing a lot of reading, I believe I have an otherwise decent and safe system. I tried to design it around the NEC's Article 690 as much as "practical". I've added additional components, and changed a few things around. It's been an enjoyable and worthwhile learning experience. I read "free" books on design, operation & maintenance, and safety, along with referencing the National Electrical Code in relation to PV systems. After playing with my new Grid Tie inverter, I'm convinced that it's a good addition to any system that produces 500+ Watts of power. My system is not the best and my way is not the only way to implement a home system, but I hope my ideas helps someone along the way. For those that wish to truly learn about Stand-Alone PV system design etc, the following are excellent free books I downloaded and used:

How To Make A Campfire - Conventional & Unventional Methods - Outdoor Survival 101

Experienced campers know that having more than one option to start a fire is almost always necessary in the outdoors. While waterproof matches and butane lighters are your best option in most scenarios, they’re not necessarily always available. This, of course, is why a little fire building knowledge and material will serve you well in a fire-necessary situation.

Before delving into fire starting itself, it’s important to cover a bit of safety first. As a rule of thumb, always dig a pit or use rocks to create a boundary for your fire. Without a flame retardant surrounding, the odds of your fire burning out of control are much greater. Secondly, be careful about the placement of your fire. Never set it up directly under low branches, and always allow more room if it’s windy. Remember that even one small ember suspended in the air carries risk.

With that out of the way, let’s dive into a few emergency fire starting materials you should have on hand. The more fire starters you carry with you, the better you’ll be able to get one burning in a desperate situation. For kindling, nothing beats good, old fashioned dead grass and leaves. Plant material that’s brown and dry is always a good bet. To get them smoldering, some alternative fire starters to carry include a flint and steel and a nine volt battery with steel wool. Read on for more ideas, techniques, and tips on fire starting.
Here is our summary of various types of home-made Fire Starters. Email us any other suggestions that should be added.

• Use pine cones covered with wax.**
• Pack charcoal in paper egg cartons and tie shut. When ready to use, just light the carton.
• Put a piece of charcoal in each section of a paper egg carton. Cover with melted wax.** Tear apart and use as needed. You can also use sawdust, dryer lint or Pistachio shells instead of the charcoal.
• Take 100% cotton balls and thoroughly rub Vaseline into them. Keep in a ziplock bag.
• Newspaper cut into strips(3″-4″ wide). Roll up and tie with string. Cover with melted wax.**
• Use lint from your dryer as a fire starter.
• Bundle about 10-12 Diamond brand “strike-anywhere” wooden kitchen matches together with waxed dental floss. The heads of the matches should all be pointing in the same direction. Generously soak the buddle of matches (except heads) in melted paraffin wax** to waterproof and to provide a long burn time. Dip heads lightly only to waterproof them. Simply strike on flat rock to ignite.
• Cut a cotton cord into 1″ lengths and soak in melted wax.** Let dry and store in empty film container or ziplock bag.
• These are called candy kisses. Use the small 6″ emergency candles and wrap them up in waxed paper. Tie/twist both ends of the waxed paper to seal in the candle (looks like a salt water taffy candy). Light an end when you are ready to start your fire.
• Cut waxed milk cartons into strips to be used as kindling for your campfire.
• Stuff paper towel or toilet paper rolls with paper.
• To get your charcoal pieces ready quicker, use a charcoal chimney.
• Newspaper crumbled into a ball
• Use dried pine needles
• Soak a piece of charcoal in lighter fluid. Coat with wax.**
• Use small condiment or “sample-size” cups. Add a long wick to each cup and fill with melted wax.** You can also fill them with sawdust.
• Stack of small pieces of cardboard covered in wax**
• Waterproof your matches by dipping them in wax** or coating them with clear nail polish
• Use cotton string about 3-4″ long, put in wax paper bathroom cup with about an inch hanging over the edge. Fill cup nearly to the top with saw dust and pour melted wax into the cup. The saw dust will compact and become waterproof. The extra string length is a wick to start burning the starter, but can also be tied to another starter string through a pack loop to carry outside your pack. – Submitted by C. Berman
• Keep a plastic “twister” type of pencil sharpener handy. It’s great for shaving kindling (especially if wood is damp)
• Use wooden ice cream/popsicle sticks. Keep them in a watertight container.
• Unraveled twine
• Take an empty toilet paper roll and tie some tissue paper onto one end with some twine. Fill roll with sawdust, cotton balls, etc. Tie the other end as you did the first one, but leave some string hanging out. Put candle wax on the string.
• Use old tuna or cat food cans. Wash & dry. Cut long pieces of cardboard about 1 1/2 inches wide. Roll these into tight spirals. Pour empty cans about half full of wax. Insert cardboard spirals and let the wax set.

* Never use liquid igniters on your campfire. Example: lighter fluid, gasoline etc.
** When melting wax, only use a double boiler set up. Melted wax can easily ignite. Have a fire extinguisher handy in case of emergency.

333 and 21 December 2012

Day #333, 5934 AM 333 and 21 December 2012 What the Mayan Prophecy Actually Means

Today is the 333rd day of the current biblical year. A lot of people 'perk up' when they hear the number 333 and for multitudinous reasons. Occultists have many superstitions about it. For Satanists is means 'ultimate control' (their goal for world dominion) and is the number ascribed to the demoness Chronozon, the female side of the Beast of Revelation, being half of 666. I receive all kinds of emails from worried people - believers and unbelievers alike - who are plagued by this number. They have it in dreams, see it in visions, and seem driven by some sort of force to look down at a watch or up at a clock when it is 3.33 pm or wake up in the middle of the night to find their alarm clock reads 3.33 am. Or they keep seeing car licence plates, ads or other things with 333 depicted on them. It quite naturally unsettles them. I know exactly what they are experiencing for there was a time when I would see the same things. They keep asking me, 'What's happening?'
Firstly, I have to say that this is a psychic, not a spiritual, phenomenon. You might say that the enemy has been saturating the 'psychic air waves' (or 'astral plane' as occultists call it), to which we have connections, with this number, and dark spiritual beings are at work trying to capture our attention whenever the 333 number appears around us.
Why? Because it's a kind of psychic hypnosis or conditioning. It is 'real' in a non-material sense, and its purpose is to create an unspiritual, psychic fear of the demonic forces in this world, and their human operatives, who manipulate this number in the minds of men and women. The ultimate object is to convince people that the forces that control our consciousness of numbers such as this are irresistable - that their powers are unconquerable. They want us to believe that they have control of us as individuals and the world as a whole. And given the rising evil everywhere, it is not hard to persaude humans who are not relying on Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) for their security, shalom (peace) and empowerment, to succumb to their fear-mongering. It had me partially in its grip some years ago for a while until I understood what the agenda was and the lie that was propping it up.
The Mayans were fascinated with the number 333, you might be interested to learn, and associated the number with the approaching year 2012, completing in their cosmological system the baktun or cycle of 144,000 days. The present baktun ends, by their calculations, on 21 December 2012 (21.12.12) which reduces down to 3-3-3 in their numerology.
Now the Mayans were, of course, pagans and occultists with no knowledge of the true Elohim (God), Yahweh, or His Son Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ). Their lives were steered and governed by demonic powers just as the world at large is today. They too were strongly influenced by the occult art of numerology and saw it as a means to discern the action of invisible forces on their lives, just as astrologers do today. They had no idea that the demonic creates self-fulfilling prophecies and assumed, like all occultists, that their unseen world consists of 'good' and 'bad' spirits, not realising that both are the enemy, creating a 'good/bad cop' scenario. And thus they either engaged in 'white' or 'black' witchcraft and, like all occultists, were sucked into a totally meaningless battle set up by Satan to ruin their lives. Their civilisation is gone, their prophecies having come from the dark side and misleading millions of gullible people today.
Has Yahweh warned us of this '333 phenomenon' in scripture? Most definitely, if you know how to read it. As many of you know, the ancient Hebrews had no separate number system as we do now, and that every letter had a numerical value. Thus numbers could spell out words, and vice versa. The study of the relationship between letters and numbers in Scripture is known as Gematria. Not surprisingly, given the occultic penchant for divining with numbers, letters, words, symbols, and sounds, this subject holds especial fascination for the Jewish occultic Kabbalists, in violation of Yahweh's Torah commands not to dabble in any sort of occultism or divination. So be warned in advance not to take this beyond the Torah boundaries.
The number 333 renders the Hebrew words yom ra meaning "day of trouble" or "day of evil" (Ps.27:5; Jer.51:2). You could say that this was the "333":

"One thing I have desired of Yahweh, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of Yahweh all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of Yahweh, and to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble (yom ra - 333) He shall hide me in His pavilion (cok, hut); in the secret place of His tabernacle ('ohel, tent) He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock" (Ps.27:4-5, NKJV).
"And I will send winnowers to Babylon, who shall winnow her and empty her land. For in the day of doom (yom ra - 333) they shall be against her all around" (Jer.51:2, NKJV).

Whether the end-time 333 or "day of doom" or any other time, Yahweh is with those who trust and obey Him. This is the most important thing to realise when the enemy is trying to cause fear and panic at the displays of his powers performed by rebellious men and women allowing dark spirits into their lives to trouble and torment them. Satan, Choronzon, the dark 333 and all the powers of hell are nothing so long as we are in Yahweh's pavillion through trusting in, and obeying the Torah of, Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ). So, people ask me, what will happen on 21 December 2012? One thing you can be certain of, is that the powers that rule this world - demonic and human - will try to pull of something spectacular - some supernatural stunt - to both convince the world that the occult is the True Path of Salvation as well as to remind them that those who prophesy, teach or otherwise propagate this art are our true instructors, reliable (because of self-fulfilling prophecy) and irresistable (because of the power their wield). Your guess is as good as mine as to what they will try to pull off on 21 December 2012 - assuming they manage to or Yahweh allows them. It could be something UFO-related and/or it might be an attempt to implement a pre-planned phase of World Government. One thing we can be certain of is that they will want people to trust in the ancient pagan Mayans so that they will trust in today's modern paganism too. They want you sucked up into the New Age madness.
I do not want you think, though, that the number '333', '666' or '13' is somehow 'bad' or 'evil'. Numbers are not good or evil. It is only our fear or worship of them that makes us see them as being anything else than mere representations or symbols. People have long been superstitious about numbers - the European Élite is for sure - seat number 666 in the European Parliament remains unassigned and unoccupied. This might either be to pander to the supertitious MEP's afraid of the number or out of respect for their master, Lucifer. Who but these political lords knows.
The number 333 also has positive connotations in Hebrew Gematria. As I looked out of my window as I do every morning upon arising I saw the accumulated snowdrifts of the day. It's been a bad winter and though ice has been the main nightmare, with tens of thousands of people in Sweden breaking arms and legs, snow is now the main problem. Americans, Britons and others have had major problems with blizzards this year. There is another Hebrew word, sheleg, meaning 'snow', which also has the value 333. In Scripture, snow is often an emblem of purity:

"'Come now, and let us reason together,' says Yahweh, 'though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow (sheleg, 333); though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool'" (Isa.1:18, NKJV).

Thus to be in a condition of 333 is a good thing for the talmid (disciple) of Yah'shua (Jesus) because it denotes cleansing from sin. Even Yahweh Himself is associated with this number:

"I watched till thrones were put in place, and the Ancient of Days (Yahweh) was seated; His garment was white as snow (sheleg, 333), and the hair of His head was like pure wool" (Dan.7:9, NKJV).

Snow is also a transitional of water and signals the changing of the seasons, spiritual as well as earthly:

"Like the cold of snow (sheleg, 333) in time of harvest is a faithful messenger to those who send him, for he refreshes the soul of his masters" (Prov 25:13, NKJV).

333 is therefore not only a symbol of the purity of Elohim (God) but also of refreshment from on High and of the faithful messenger bringing good tidings! There is much more I could day about this which you can read in an earlier sermon of mine, A Concealed Mystery: 333, Theomatics and Gematria, as it pertains to this ministry. Suffice to say that the number 333 itself is neutral, depending what it is representing, whence it becomes either a respresentation of good or evil. The same is true of 666 and 13, but I don't have time to look into those today - you will find information on these in the aforementioned sermon. But there is one more important thing about the number 333 in its positive aspect that I want to share with you today, because it concerns our direct relationship to, revelation from, and seeking of, Yahweh-Elohim:

"Hear, O Yahweh, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. When You said, 'Seek My face (panim),' my heart said to You (lecar anar lev, 333), 'Your face (panim), Yahweh, I will seek" (Ps.27:7-8, NKJV).

There are two competing powers in this Universe and each is calling upon mankind to seek his panim (face). This word panim is a huge one and could occupy a sermon of itself. How are we to do this? By employing our lev or heart. The expression, "my heart said to You" is the number 333 too so it must be pretty important. Does that just mean turning our feelings to Yahweh? Not so. And here we come to the last important key of the number 333 in our spiritual life:

"The spirit of a man is the lamp of Yahweh, searching all the inner depths of his heart (kol cheder beten, 333)" (Prov.20:27, NKJV).

Notice the word lev or heart is not in this expression, kol cheder beten. It's another word, beten, which can mean belly, bosom, or the whole interior of the body, incuding the heart. In other words, Yahweh searches our whole inner man (or woman). As we take these Yahweh-oriented 333 numbers we understand that what Yahweh wants of us is our whole being turned towards His panim or face, which sees in all directions. He wants us to gaze into Eternal Being, Eternal Emet (Truth), Eternal Ahavah (Love), Eternal Tavnith (Pattern), and Eternal Chayyim (Life). That is the 333 we are to be seeking IN, and it is what enables us to be IN Messiah (Christ), something you have heard me preach about hundreds of times before. The secret of being IN Yahweh-Elohim is therefore 333 - total orientation with our inner being toward Him. What a contrast to the superstitious 333 of the enemy, one that paralyses with fears and actually shuts the whole inner man down at length, for that is the legacy of Choronzon. Forget, therefore, the pagan diviners and the corrupt political élites who want total control, for you know that while they may seem to obtain the object of their desire for a short time, they will be speedily destroyed from off the earth and cast into the abyss when The 333 returns, Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ). For the "day of doom" (333) is against Babylon and all those who follow her, but the Day of Eternity (333) is for those who fully and wholeheatedly trust and obey the Living Elohim (God). Amen.
